a) This is a technical list, and your post is quite off-topic.
b) The material you're referring to is from 1973, and Gordon Sinclair
(its author) has been dead since 1984. It's nice and everything,
but it doesn't relate to current events in the least. He wrote it
in response to the world climate following U.S. involvement in Vietnam.
