[Exim] hosts lookup in smtp...

Please accept my appologies for sending to this list without having done enough
reading of the manual first! I had done what seemed a lot of testing before putting
the new configuration into a live environment then paniced when I saw the problem.

I have now found the (not_)multi_domain option for the smtp transport. That has
fixed it.
