Could this be a permissions problem on the socket that deliver is using to
communicate to the IMAPd. Does it matter what user "deliver" is running
under? If so, then in a normal situation deliver will just work, because it
will run as whatever user is configured in address_pipe, but in the forward
file, it will be running as the user whose forward file it is. Also is the
IMAPd actually running ?
