[Exim] Reject mails from specific addresses to particular us…

Is it possible to have exim check a list of e-mail addresses
that should be rejected based on the e-mail address that they
are sending to (preferably via a MySQL table)?

I need to allow users to setup individual reject lists that
are only specific to the user or domain that the mail is sent
to.

I'm already running the MySQL enabled version of Exim and have
delivery using tables.

Any help would be appreciated.
