Sigh. Yes, I guess it is strictly correct to have

Received: from [1.2.3.4] ....

However, Exim only does that if it can't find a host name by DNS reverse
lookup. Otherwise it will use

Received: from a.b.c.c ([1.2.3.4]) and in that case the address is very
definitely a comment.
