Don't offer complex conditions or lookups. Check values for
plausibility, e. g. refuse a "host_accept_relay=*", don't offer other
relay-options.
Of course you would give up lots of exim's possibilties, but IMHO many
setups can be run without fancy options. By reducing options you reduce
complexity. Imagine debian-eximconf with a web-frontend or GUI. For many
setups you will get a resonable configuration and if it doesn't match
completely, you will at least have a goot configuration to start with
and tailor to your needs.
