I'm afraid not, but the reorganization of all this stuff in Exim 4 will
allow you to do that kind of thing because it will enable you to "accept
if authenticated" before testing for black-listed hosts. This kind of
flexibility is one of the reasons for the complete reorganization that
has happened in Exim 4 (still under development).
