[Exim] HELO line and Cyrus

Hi,

For security purposes I am trying to remove the Exim name
and versions from the HELO line. For example, doing a
telnet on my mail server, I get:

220 xxxx.xxxx.com ESMTP Exim 3.22 #17 Tue, 11 Sep 2001
10:07:30 +0200

Is there an option or anything to prevent me from
displaying the name (except changing the source code) ?

Also, I have a problem with Cyrus. Cyrus does not seem to
like the UUCP from line (the first line in a message).
How could I remove it ?
