this doesn't exactly need to be nested inside webmin, linuxconf, or
anything else canned. set up exim for you client, make it
virtualhosting, take info from a dbm file (or sql, or anything you
like) and throw together a caudium module or apache/php scriptie to
add and remove users, set forwards, set vacations, and that's pretty
much it. anything more complicated than this needs interaction by
someone who actually knows what the hell is going on.

the above said 'management interface', while enough for most of the
everyday tasks and is manageable by non-tech people, certainly is not
more than half an hours work. it, though, gets complicated if you try
to squeeze everything in. been there, tried that, failed that...
