[Exim] Delete frozen mails

Hi there,
I am a exim newbies here, and I am wondering
how can I delete the "frozen" mail in exim. ?
I have tried to thaw those frozen emails but they still can't
be deliveried.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated
