Well, we're happy it's there, and it works fine in moderation (and with
cooperation). We have two hosts in etrn_hosts...one is a machine of mine,
for testing; the other is a low mail volume customer in a location remote
to us (who has a web site with us). And that customer uses a capable hired
guru to manage their Exchange server (not his fault they use that...he'd
rather manage most anything else). Static IP (the guru fired one ISP for
not being able to achieve that).

It's not something we intend to do in volume.
