Re: [Exim] eximstats misunderstanding (doc req)

Relaying itself is not inherently bad - only unauthorized relaying is
bad.

Eg, you specifically permit hosts on your IP network to relay mail
through your server. This is relaying, but it is *authorized* relaying.
