A /4? D'you really mean a /4 (a /8 is 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255 for
example ...). Or d'you mean 194.203.158.80 to 158.84?
Please do read up about cidr (and use one of the several CIDR calculators
available online / at the command line) before you use CIDR notation for
allowing relay :)
