I realize I could do #1 and that would be pretty easy, but I would
prefer that all email to her (or any other address in my domain) go out
and she get it on the mac.

sorry about that. I just :r /etc/exim/exim.conf and it came in as is. I
didn't think about the comments stuff. Sorry about that.
