[Exim] Administrivia: List was broken, now fixed

I managed to misconfigure some stuff, which lead to exim.org running out
of spool/log space. I guess it has been behaving strangely for a day
or so (not accepting some mail), and coming to a complete halt this
morning.

Problem is now fixed.
