You can;'t directly get it changed, but of enough people can't get mail
through to that site, and are told that it is *that* site which is
broken, the perhaps eventually word will get back to that site that they
are broken.
If you want to be helpful, you could pre-emtively forward some
information to them that will explain what it is they are doing wrong.
