Should be -I/usr/local/BerkleyDB.3.3/include

(Offtopic)

PS - Just because I was bored and had nothing to do, I decided to
waste my time and compile Sendmail 8.12.0.Beta19 with :

    IPv6
    SASL
    Openldap(-llber)
Libmilter (Its horrible building a .so for this lib.)
    SSL

Anyway, long story short, I have spent (till now) about 16 hours[no
sleep] straight fiddling with Sendmail and so far, I have to gotten it
all to work in a somewhat ok manner;-). (Yes, I like pain).

Wanna see?:
