[Exim] Exim installation for the less technical

Hi all,

I've used exim on debian and would like to install it on a box I put
together myself with no particular distro.

Is Berkeley DB needed?

Is there a sample EDITME file that builds.

My problem comes at line 107 of dbfn.h where it says db.h is missing. I
can't get beond this point.

Any advice appreciated.
