[Exim] PID file

Hope to have "read the manual first" etc but every time I set up the PID
file I get

exim.pid-bd

With the Makefile in exim-3.33/Local

PID_FILE_PATH=/var/log/exim%s.pid


[It should have been run instead of log for a Linux system; tried there
as well but "-bd" added]

Where is the "-bd" coming from?
