You should be able to.

If I was one of their other customers, I'd be a bit upset if
you could send emails from me. They have some claim to change a from
address (remember there are an envelope from, a from header and
possibly a "reply to" header) if the domain matches their server,
but I suppose they should not touch a header to your stmp server.
