'No route to host' is returned when an ICMP Network Unreachable packet is
received - normally.

Your ISP, or their upstream, is probably blocking port 25 access to the outside
world to try to prevent SPAM.

I suggest you talk to them to find out if this is the case. Find a machine that
you can normally ssh or telnet to, on port 80 if nothing else, and then try port
25 with telnet. If the behaviour is different, then that is your problem.

Your ISP should explain their policy to you, offer to remove the filter if you
agree not to SPAM or whatever - or you can move ISPs.
