[Exim] Nice way to cut down on spam.

Hi All,

I am sure some people on this list will find this helpful- it sure has made
a difference for me. For the most part, I do not know anyone from China,
Korea, Brazil, etc, so with this link, I was able to block it with Exim.
Here's the link of assigned IPv4 addresses that IANA has allocated to the
public.
