Hmm, having reread the specification I agree.
Problem is that they are getting delivered ...

The above is in a file called system_filter, including the :
# Exim filter <<== do not edit or remove this line!
line, and I have set

        message_filter = /data/exim/system_filter


in the configure file.

However, exim -bt -d12 00@??? doesn't mention that it's even looking
at the system_filter file, and any messages do get delivered.

Any ideas ?
