[Exim] Too many hops.

Excuse a newbie mail admin, but I'm having problems delivery mail to one
particualar domain. Whenever I try and send mail to this domain it gets
bounced back saying "too many hops"

Is there any way to reroute this mail so it doesn't take so many hops?
