Actually, Mailman will do multiple submits; by default it does 500
recipients at a time. So this is probably only a concern on large lists
-- IOW, if you have 3000 list members, a message to the list would (I
think) be scanned 6 times. I'm pretty sure this is a configurable
option in Mailman though!
