So is the only way to "turn it off" completely to recompile the exim
binary and not enable TLS capabilities, or alternatively (but perhaps
more 'expensively') to set " hosts_avoid_tls = * " ?
Since I've been looking for them I'm seeing a lot more of these
failures.
