Subject: [Exim] Allowing mail to be sent, only if the sender is a local account. [spam stopper]
I've been trying to figure out a way to stop non users from using my smtp
server. I want my smtp server to only send mail if the sender is a local
account. i tried using relays but that only seems to monitor mail thats
being sent (to address not from). basically i want only my users (on
different networks and ips) to be able to send mail using my smtp server.
and block people trying to use my smtp server that shouldnt be using it (ie.
spammers and freeloaders).

any ideas? please reply to this message via the mailing list, and please
send me an email @ dawm_exim@??? since i dont check the list that
often.
