so it seems an "individual or hobbyist" as they define it would have to use
their own private name server since you wouldn't be allowed to submit the
ip's of your large isp's name servers. so i for example won't be
subscribing eventhough it would be free since i don't feel like running my
own name server.
btw, does anyone know of other free ones like or.orbl.org (see
www.orbl.org)
