No, because in "simple" configurations the mail is rejected because the
local part containing a slash is not a local account. It's only if you
start using $local_part to look at files while routing, before checking
for a local account, that this becomes a problem.

In Exim 4 I have in fact set up the default ACL configuration to bounce
local parts containing @ % and / at SMTP verification time. There will
therefore be some documentation about this in due course...
