[Exim] TLS exim to exim ?

Dear Sirs,

I really can't get it to work. I can post to my TLS-exim-mailserver via
Netscape directly, but TLS-Transfer via my local exim doesn't work.

My local exim (3.30) says:
2001-07-27 11:42:51 15Q36T-00004E-00 a TLS session is required for
remoteserver.dummy.net [192.168.100.1], but the server did not offer
TLS support

On the server site (exim 3.30) I have

tls_hosts = *
tls_advertise_hosts = *
tls_log_cipher = true
tls_log_peerdn = true
tls_certificate = /usr/local/exim-3.30/cert.pem
tls_privatekey = /usr/local/exim-3.30/priv.pem

How can I force the server to offer TLS support?
