Your local_delivery transport will (try to) put the mail into
/var/spool/mail/dan according to your configure file. Look in the directory
(/var/spool/mail) to see if 'dan' is there; if so then c'cat' the file to
see if your message is in it. If so, then exim is delivering the mail okay
but (possibly) your mail client isn't looking in the right place for it.
If the 'dan' file isn't present then the log of one of the frozen messages
should give a clue (use 'exim -Mvl msgid'). A guess would be access rights
to /var/spool/mail being wrong perhaps?
I'm also not 100% sure about 'rbl_hosts = !192.168.0.0/24:0.0.0.0/0'. If
exim treats '0/0' as 'any other address' then okay, but I'd prefer just
'rbl_hosts = !192.168.0.0/24' (that's just me of course :-))
