In the main part of the configuration you put
message_filter = /path/to/filter-file
And you put your full exim filter in the specified file. Note that what
was posted was just an extract from a filter file and it won't work all by
itself. You may wish to look at the generic executable filter that is
available on the exim web site. And certainly read the exim filter
documentation.
(Also please quote messages in "discussion style" instead of "memo style")
