That setting should cause a configuration syntax error. It does for me:
2001-07-24 09:18:00 Exim configuration error
invalid time value for rfc1413_query_timeout in line 1
> rfc1413_query_timeout =
> leaves the problem intact
That also gives a configuration syntax error.
