[Exim] indian mirror

Hi Nigel,

    I've setup an Indian mirror for exim at http://exim.in.freeos.com/
The apache responds to http://www.in.exim.org/ . Can you please add us to
the list of mirrors. The mirror is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

FTP is also mirored and aliased correctly.

I wonder if I can safely ignore .tar.gz files and only mirror .bz2 like
on kernel.org.
