[Exim] TLS and Outlook 2000

Hi,

I've got Exim, TLS and Outlook Express working but having trouble
with Outlook 2000. A brief snippet from the level 9 diagnostic^W debug
doesn't help me. Any ideas what error:0000000:lib(0);func(0):reason(0)
means?

Btw, while I'm here is there a definitive list of which clients use
what sort of encryption method (encrypted on 465, initially plain on
25 etc etc)?
