Not on their web site! (at least not yet!)

Yes, but it seems mostly empty/dormant. I don't think I've ever had a
hit from their list....

This one works well, and has officially gone live June 6. I've no
complaints about it at all.

It's a reverse lookup zone just like the MAPS zones. Some info is at
www.orbl.org, but basically just use "REV.ADR.OCT.ETS.or.orbl.org" to do
the lookups. They have TXT records with their URL too...
