(1) Make mydomain.com a local domain.

(2) Do the aliasing in the usual way.

(3) Following the aliasing director, put a director that is something
like this:

  hubit:
    driver = smartuser
    transport = xxxx
    domains = mydomain.com

(4) Set up a transport like this

  xxxx:
    driver = smtp
    hosts = 192.168.1.10

To save a bit of wasted effort, you could also add

new_director = hubit

to the aliasing director, but it should work without it.
