They you've probably put this in the wrong section of your configuration
file. What you've added appears to be a "router" - you'll want to add it
to the routers section of the file. From the error you get, I'm guessing
you've added it to the "RETRY" section. If you still cant figure it
out, post your entire config file (preferrably without the strange
encoding - you may wish to attach as as type text/plain) here and
someone will point out the mistake..
