[Exim] majordomo and mailman

I am thinking of scrapping linux because of all its problems and
difficulties i am having installing mailman. Can you tell me whether it is
possible to use majordomo with windows 98 on a p3 600 and 256ram with two
disks amounting to about 40 or so gigs. I only have a 56kps external modem.
The mailing lists would have about 100 members and a low volume of 20 mails
at most a day.
