I am new to exim and have am issue that i am confused with.
The mail queue always gets refreshed upon a delivery (the delivered
messages are removed from the outgoing queue).
Below is an example of what is happening at the moment.....the messages
marked with a 'D' have all been delivered, but do not get removed from
the queue unless of manual intervention with a -Mrm flag.
