No. Phil's remailer. And not everyone who wants to use an anonymous
remailer knows how to manipulate envelope senders or received headers,
or runs their own mail server and can manipulate them.

Unfortunately, the dog died a slow and imperceptible death some time
ago. Not many folks seem to have noticed.
