Standard Response: "Please try 'exim -d9 -M 15Fall-0002C9-00 2>/tmp/xxxx'
and post the resulting debugging output (which will be in /tmp/xxxx) if
it doesn't make sense to you."
Before you do that, look further up your look file for any other entries
for the message. "Frozen" is output at the end of delivery. Earlier
things might have gone wrong.
