After migration from version 3.22 to 3.30 I've encountered a strange problem
with freezing of messages.
Here is an example for whioch I can't see a reason for freezing:
2001-06-28 14:48:55 15Fall-0002C9-00 mail-backup.xoommail.com [199.165.129.133]: Connection timed out
2001-06-28 14:49:55 15Fall-0002C9-00 mail-backup.xoommail.com [199.165.129.133]: Connection timed out
2001-06-28 14:49:55 15Fall-0002C9-00 == soulreaver7@??? <listening-l-m@???> T=smtp_ww defer (145): Connection timed out
2001-06-28 14:49:55 15Fall-0002C9-00 Frozen
