Oh I forgot - once the mail is frozen because of a screwup at the other end
(like deliberately not accepting bounces)
exim -Mrm `mailq|grep frozen|cut -c 11-27`
Or - if all the bounces are from this idiot ...
exim -Mrm `mailq|grep \<\>|cut -c 11-27`
