[Exim] Auto-encrypting outbound mail

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to automatically encrypt outbound e-mail: I'm
thinking of an intranet mail server that looks up public keys using the
recipient addresses of outbound e-mail and automatically uses them to
encript the messages. In this way, sending encrypted messages would be
totally transparent to the sender.

Is there a way to filter outbound e-mail?
