@Home doesn't normally give out static IPs - only DHCP. And you are very
unlikely to find a block of static IPs in the DUL, as ISPs won't submit such
blocks in the first place.
Then again, @Home's AUP explicitly forbids running servers, so if any of
your clients _is_ running a server on an @Home cable modem, they are liable
to be disconnected. @Home has @Work for that sort of thing ...
That said, any other problems with the DUL?
