We've been running 3.30 here for about 24hours now and also haven't seen any
of the orphan -D files... Nothing else has changed other than replacing the
3.16 binaries with 3.30 ones... I'll keep you informed if the situation
changes, but so far so good!

I'm running 3.30 on two of my 5 inbound mx server, and have been for a
few hours now. I have not found any more of the orphan files yet.
I'll let you know if it starts 'leaking' orphans again.
