[Exim] relay probleme

hello

my exim server is behind a firewall ( FreeBSD - natd)
he is running under FreeBSD
my local domain is 172.16.0.0/16

i leave in a different place and my internet connection is like 213.44.0.0/16

i put : host_accept_relay = 172.16.0.0/16 : localhost : 213.44.0.0/16

but i have a relaying not allowed

anyone can help me?
