If you will have more and more users which must manipulate your DB,
LDAP is (indeed) administrable, but if you new to exim try to set up
a artless configuration at first.
You will need a (graphical) tool to let your users querying the directory.
Userfriendly tools for LDAP are very rarely.
The best I know is under:
www.iit.edu/~gawojar/ldap/
(It ist written in JAVA, so it runs under MS-W#!@*#)

There was some requests since the last days
for posting my EXIM/LDAP-Configuration.
I will compile it after friday an post it to the list.
Then everyone have a clue to make up his mind.
