It might be close to a /27, but the actual addresses in the /27 are

216.171.74.96    255.255.255.224        Subnet Address


through

216.171.74.127 255.255.255.224 Broadcast Address

Michael, it looks as though you are CIDR blocks, so there is no way to do
this with CIDR notation. Unfortunately I don't know the answer, unless
there is another way to specify a range of hosts.
